If the driver adjusts the seat in any way, the outside mirrors and steering wheel automatically move to retain their relationship with each other. The vehicle’s vibrant Fine Vision instrumentation features a seven-function, twenty-screen display that provides the driver with an array of useful information.
Distinct from the cold, industrial design found in other sport sedans, the interior of the new G welcomes with handcrafted details. Touch points like the hand-stitched leather steering wheel, and textured wood or metal accents, along with the Katana sword-inspired sweep of the continuous line surrounding the passenger compartment are designed to reveal the hand of the designer.
At Infiniti, there is no detail too small to inspire our designers. Among the contact points between driver and vehicle is the array of buttons that control many of the interior features. Crafted with a precision you can feel, they all exhibit the same level of resistance under the fingertip. The G’s interior accent combines two seemingly contradictory elements: genuine aluminum textured with the look and feel of handmade Japanese paper. This blending of the traditional with the modern creates an entirely new expression and perfectly illustrates the designer’s desire to create a space that is both soothing and energizing.
